Chief Executive Officer
Craig Hinkley joined NTT Application Security as CEO in early 2015, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership in the technology sector to this role. Craig is driving a customer-centric focus throughout the company, and has broadened NTT Application Security’s global brand and visibility beyond the application security space and security buyer, to the world of the development organization and a DevSecOps approach to application development.
Prior to joining NTT Application Security, Craig served as vice president and general manager of the LogLogic business unit for TIBCO Software. In that role, he was responsible for global field sales and operations, client technical services, engineering, research and development, product design, and product management. Before TIBCO, he served as the general manager at Hewlett-Packard for the HP Networking Business in the Americas. Earlier in his career, Craig held positions at Cisco Systems Inc. and Bank of America. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.

Dave joined the company in 2017, rising quickly from VP to CRO and leading NTT Application Security’s Go-To-Market and Delivery Teams to grow the company’s presence within global markets.
With a decade of experience within the Application Security market, Dave possesses a keen understanding of industry developments within the fast-changing market and has held key business leadership positions within several cybersecurity companies such as Veracode, Sumo Logic and The Herjavec Group. Dave is passionate about building programs that are repeatable, scalable and predictable, leading to continued business and technical value for enterprise customers.
He holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BA from Merrimack College, and he lives with his wife and two daughters in the Greater Boston area.

Mark W. Rossiter serves as VP of Sales, Americas, at NTT Application Security. Bringing nearly 30 years of experience in leadership and enterprise sales to the team, Mark will be responsible for growing the company’s sales function to answer the growing market demand for NTT Application Security’s state-of-the-art technology.
Before joining NTT Application Security, Mark most recently served as Invanti’s VP of Americas Sales within its Extended Products Group. He has also held senior executive roles at Oracle, Gartner, IBM and Xerox —where he honed his hardware, software and services skills.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University, which he earned while serving as captain for the university’s Division 1 men’s soccer team, and has also completed special studies programs with Harvard University and the Rochester Institute of Technology. He resides in Westchester, New York, with his wife. They have two sons together.

Eric Sheridan is an accomplished Application Security leader with over 15+ years of experience in developing, deploying and automating the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL). Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, holding 5+ patents specializing in the automated identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities at scale. A proven record of utilizing strong security, development and communication skills to drive successful SDL programs within and across Executive, Product, Development and Security teams. At NTT Application Security, Eric leads the Innovations Team wherein he oversees all research and development for next generation technologies and products.
Prior to joining NTT Application Security, Eric co-founded Infrared Security, a company specializing in developing highly scalable and on-demand application security training curricula designed to enable product teams to deliver more secure software. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a track in security from Towson University.
